 Marc S. Buschman

Marc Scott Buschman was born and raised in Hudson,
New York. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in
Political Science in 1979 from George Washington
University. He received his Juris Doctorate Magna
Cum Laude in 1992 from the Shepard Broad Law Center,
Nova University. Mr. Buschman was an editor of the
Nova Law Review.
Mr. Buschman is a member of the
Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in the United
States District Court, Southern District of Florida.
He is a member of The American Bar Association, and
the Dade County Bar Association. Mr. Buschman has
experience in product liability defense and commercial
litigation as well as the defense of personal injury
and wrongful death actions.
